In my Japanese classes,
I have watched students spend a long time perfecting a single pronunciation.
In my floral design lessons,
I have seen someone pause\nsimply to adjust a single stem.
That quiet dedication and sincerity
have shown me\nthat true beauty
is often hidden within the effort itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Teaching is not only about sharing knowledge.
It is also a conversation between hearts.

moves me more deeply\nthan any compliment ever could.
It is a response built on trust,

Flowers are much the same.
They never force themselves to bloom.

Every time I teach,\nI remind myself:
See each person with gentle eyes.
Listen with a heart that understands.

The world may not always be gentle.
