To me, teaching is much like watching a flower bloom.
Every lesson is the beginning of a tiny seed.
It may quietly begin to sprout within a student's heart,
or one day,
blossom beautifully somewhere along the journey of their life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I treasure this gentle process\u2014
teaching language while witnessing growth,
arranging flowers while feeling the warmth of every heart.
Both language and flowers\nneed time.
And both flourish\nwith patience and care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sometimes,\na student smiles with delight\nafter finally pronouncing a Japanese phrase correctly.
That smile is as warm\nas sunlight.
Sometimes,\na student accidentally snaps a flower stem\nwhile arranging flowers.
They look up at me,\ntheir eyes filled with worry.
I simply smile and say,\n\n\"It's all right. A broken stem can become the beginning of a new line.\"
Because in learning,\nand in creating,\n\nthere are no mistakes\u2014\n\nonly new possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Japanese,\nthere is a saying:\n\n\u300c\u54b2\u304f\u6642\u306f\u6765\u308b\u300d\nThe time to bloom will always come.
I often share these words\nwith my students.
No matter where you are\non your journey,
the effort you make today\nis already beautiful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The most touching part of teaching
is not how much I have taught,
but seeing\nthat brief sparkle\nin a student's eyes.
That sparkle,\nlike a flower opening,\n\nis gentle,\n\nand genuine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every lesson\nis a meeting,\n\nand a quiet blooming.
And within\nevery classroom,\n\nI hope to accompany
