《The Story Behind Every Bouquet: Where Language, Colour, and the Heart Meet》

When I teach Japanese, I often ask my students, "What colour do you think this sentence is?"
Some imagine a calm blue. Others picture a gentle shade of pink.
That is when they discover that language has colours too— and flowers are perhaps the most beautiful language of colour.

Every bouquet is like a sentence.
Some, like 「おはようございます。」, shine with warmth and brightness.
Others, like 「ありがとう。」, carry quiet gratitude.
Whenever I create a bouquet, I feel as though I am composing a language—
finding the perfect balance between colour and emotion.

Floral design has taught me to appreciate the beauty of details.
Language has taught me to speak with sincerity.
Standing between flowers and the classroom,
I have come to realise that these two forms of art share the same gentle message:
When we live with care, both language and flowers naturally bloom.
